GW-TEL® INFRA-XS®:
Precise measurement and permanent improvement of IT service quality
GW-TEL® INFRA-XS® is a complex software suite for Service Level Management. It uses innovative measuring methods to monitor mission-critical IT applications and the IT infrastructure from the perspective of the user and the business process on the basis of Reference Transaction Flows. A particular advantage of the suite is that the measurements reveal potential problems which can then be prevented. INFRA-XS® measures and documents around the clock, making IT service quality transparent and objective. You are able to continuously follow the availability and response time of your IT services on the live monitor.
- XS-Agents
- These measure the IT services and IT infrastructure from customers’ and staff perspectives. XS Agents are able to simulate users’ work steps and entire business cases on dedicated measurement agents or to run in the background on user PCs. The generated and collated data is measured and then forwarded to the XS Servers. Next
- XS-Server
- These are the central collection pools for the data from and/or for the INFRA-XS® measurement field. Data is processed, optimised and written to the databases. In addition, assessments and reports are created and archived. Next
- XS-Clients
- These provide the access to the INFRA-XS® evaluation environment. A web interface allows assessments and reports to be individually designed and the availability and response behaviour of IT applications followed on screen in real time. Next
