Training

Geyer & Weinig provides professional support for customers in the introduction of service level management. Experienced trainers apply their expertise to the customer’s benefit, skilfully passing on their theoretical knowledge to training course participants, who are able to pick up useful hints and tips for their day-to-day work.

In addition to standard training courses for the business and IT fields, the training programme also includes interdisciplinary workshops for all those involved in the service level management process.
